From sunrise to sunset, we invite you to explore our thoughtfully crafted menus, each capturing a different side of our heritage-inspired kitchen. Start your morning with comforting classics and house-made bakery treats in the Café. For lunch and dinner, indulge in hearty, scratch-made fare — from crisp smash burgers and seasonal salads to generous steaks and seafood prepared with care. Classic American Breakfast – $13

Two eggs any style, choice of bacon, sausage, ham or scrapple. Served with Pennsylvania Dutch latkes and toast (add an egg + $2).

Three fluffy pancakes served with warm maple syrup and butter.

Thick-cut brioche dipped in vanilla custard, grilled, and served with warm maple syrup and butter.
