Host an Elegant Party at Circa 1898

Looking for the perfect venue to host your next gathering? Our private room, The Parlor @ Circa, is the ideal setting for tea parties, birthdays, bridal showers, and more. With its charming ambiance and intimate atmosphere, it’s the perfect space to celebrate life’s special moments.

Guidelines
  • Reservation Required: Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability.

  • Food & Beverage: Catering to be provided by Circa 1898; no outside food or beverages are permitted.

  • Decorations: Guests may bring their own decorations, but nothing may be attached to walls or fixtures. Setup and cleanup must be completed within the rental period.

  • Timing: Additional time may be purchased for $50 per 30 minutes (subject to availability).

  • Deposit: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required when we confirm your reservation with you.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with proper notice.

Rental Details:
  • Flat Fee: $300 for a 2-hour private event.

  • Maximum Guests: The Parlor accommodates up to 36 guests comfortably.

  • Note: The Parlor is located on the 2nd floor of our restaurant. There is no elevator access.
